Generally speaking, the bet365 is fairly user-friendly. Everything is clearly signposted and the site design – with a green and black theme throughout – is pleasant. The site’s navigation is also good, with sports (including esports) listed clearly on the left. The customer journey throughout the site is well thought out and everything is relatively intuitive to use, even the mobile site.
We could also make use of their live streaming option, which in reality is a simple Twitch stream, but it came super handy when we had our go at live betting.
