Great Britain is gearing up for an exciting competition as they confirm their participation in eFIBA Season 2, featuring the popular NBA 2K24 game. This announcement comes from the partnership of ESL Faceit Group (EFG) and the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).

Ready to Compete with 61 Nations

Great Britain is one of the 61 nations that will be part of the official NBA 2K24 tournament known as eFIBA Season 2. While the details about the players are still under wraps, the competition promises to be intense.

Mark Your Calendar for October 3rd, 2023

Starting on October 3rd, 2023, National Federations from seven regional areas will battle it out in the Pro-Am game mode. Their aim? To secure one of the eight spots in the historic in-person eFIBA World Finals at DreamHack Winter. And let’s not forget the share of the €50,000 prize pool up for grabs.

eFIBA Season 2: Bigger and Better

eFIBA Season 2 is taking things up a notch. The event is more than doubling the number of participating federations and expanding its competition schedule. The action includes online Regional Qualifiers from October 3rd to November 2nd, followed by Regional Finals from November 7th to 9th across seven regions: South East Asia, Oceania, Middle East, Africa, North America, South America, and Europe.

The Road to DreamHack Winter

The winning nation from each Regional Final, along with the top two from Europe, will earn a coveted spot in the eFIBA Season 2 World Finals 2023. These finals will be live at the immersive gaming lifestyle festival, DreamHack Winter, taking place from November 25th to 26th in Elmia, Jönköping, Sweden.
